The Kick-off meeting of the Project Promoting internationalization of research through establishment and operationalization of Cycle 3 Quality Assurance System in line with the European Integration Agenda / C3QA which was held at UFAR on February 3, 2017.
The partners participating in the Kick-off meeting established the Project’s management comprising a 3 level structure with representations of each partner institution in the consortium.
The Governing Board was established to apply a collegial approach to overall project management which is composed of the representatives from all partner institutions as the main decision-taking body.
The executive management team (EMT) with the involvement of YSAFA and UFAR representative was established to oversee the daily management of the project.
At each PCI level, the bodies of National coordinator, Contact persons and Local working groups were established to carry out the daily activities of the Project as well as tp coordinate the developmental activities and respective implementation.
